Pre-Listing Services Include:

Set Up New Listing File:

• Complete listing file creation in agent's file in google drive
• Add client to agent's CRM database
• Fill out listing documents and send to client along with any required disclosures for signatures
• Add listing info into the MLS (agent to give TC listing comments/description or fills out themselves)
• Order For Sale sign
• Assign lockbox to MLS listing
• Ask the seller to make copies of house keys for the lockbox
• Schedule stager for consultation (if applicable)
• Schedule photographer for photo shoot once house is staged
• Input listing into the MLS and mark "incomplete"
• Have listing agent edit or approve MLS input before going live
• Email seller copy of the listing
• Add required documents to the MLS listing such as legal description, disclosures, inspections, HOA docs
• Add all listing documents, disclosures, and any other required documents to broker’s online compliance management software ensuring file is complete
